These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MilanMetroStatus.it service ("Service"), operated by us ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, including through any MCP-compatible client, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This app is developed by an independent developer and is not an official ATM Milano product. Always verify critical travel information directly with official sources before making travel decisions.

Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service provides read-only, real-time operational status information for Milan's metro lines (M1–M5), sourced from publicly available data. The Service is:

• Free to use with no registration required.
• Accessible via any MCP-compatible client.
• Provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

You may use the Service to:

• Query the real-time status of Milan metro lines for personal or informational use.
• Integrate the Service into your own AI workflows or applications for non-commercial purposes.
• Build tools that display or relay metro status information, provided proper attribution is given.

You may not use the Service to:

• Scrape, bulk-query, or stress-test the Service in a way that degrades availability for others.
• Misrepresent the source or accuracy of data provided by the Service.

Metro status data is sourced from public feed and is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service - including but not limited to missed trains, travel delays, or decisions made based on inaccurate data.
